'Fireprotection' Contract
We act as your IT department, ensuring virus protection, patches and all other systems are up to date and working correctly, along with fixing those more serious problems if they do arise.
With highly experienced staff, we are direct and concise in our support ensuring that you don't end up paying additional fees later on.
Fire Protection contract example:
- 10 computers and single server (or less), approx £250 per month including
remote access support.
'Firefighting' Contract
We can be there just for when you need us.- Basic Support Call Out
Hourly Rate £85 - Annual Network Support Contract
Including telephone support. Retainer £650 (Annual fee)
Hourly Rate with retainer £45
